Through this project, the company intends to achieve several strategic value objectives:
- Improvement of the work quality across different business areas;
- Optimization of warehouse management;
- Enhanced operations of the commercial offices;
- Increase in the overall level of digitalization;
- Strengthening of competitiveness and attractiveness in foreign markets.
Expected results
The project contributes to integrating and digitalizing the production processes through an automatic exchange of information among the various business areas, achieving savings in terms of production timing and costs.
