Il Giallo in Mostra: the fascinating photographic journey of Valentino Rossi comes to Cablotech
The photo exhibition “Il Giallo in Mostra – Una Storia d’amore,” dedicated to the legendary motorcycle racer Valentino Rossi, will be hosted by Cablotech from February 27th to early April. The exhibition, consisting of 46 shots by photographer Mirco Lazzari, traces Rossi’s career and his deep relationship with motorcycles and fans.

Between emotions and passion, from February 27th to early April, Cablotech will host some of the most fascinating images from the exhibition dedicated to Valentino Rossi, “Il Giallo in Mostra – Una Storia d’amore”. An unmissable opportunity to relive the career of the legendary Italian rider through the intense shots of photographer Mirco Lazzari.
The exhibition, consisting of 46 photos that pay homage to Rossi’s famous number, traces the most exciting and significant moments in the life and career of “The Doctor Yellow (Giallo), the colour that for all motorcycle fans evokes the memory of a world icon, synonymous with talent, grit and charisma.
Organized by the Pro Loco Tourism Association of Castel San Pietro Terme and sponsored by the Emilia-Romagna Region, the photo exhibition was inaugurated at the end of 2021 in the same location, and will then continue its regional tour with various stops, including the “Enzo e Dino Ferrari” racetrack in 2022. The tour will continue throughout 2023, allowing an ever-growing audience to admire the emotions told through Mirco Lazzari‘s camera shots.

In his photos, Lazzari manages to capture the essence of the boy, the rider and the man Valentino Rossi, offering an intimate and sincere look at the “love story” between the champion and his motorcycle, between Valentino and his fans. A love story that has lasted more than 25 years and continues to make the hearts of millions of fans around the world beat faster.
Cablotech, a company known for its commitment to supporting art, is no stranger to such initiatives. The talent behind the exciting shots in the exhibition “Il Giallo in Mostra – Una Storia d’amore” is Mirco Lazzari, a world-renowned photographer with a long and exciting career. Mirco began working in the world of photography as a young man, as curator of the Autosprint photo archive, growing professionally alongside the great photographers of the time.
Lazzari’s photographs are distinguished by a unique style that conveys speed and dynamism, an element that over time has become his unmistakable signature. Mirco is a true master at capturing the unrepeatable moment made up of adrenaline-fueled, fast-paced sequences in motor sports. Since 2002, Lazzari has been an accredited MotoGP photographer, a privileged witness to the exploits of motorcycling’s greatest riders.
In 2016, Mirco Lazzari was selected by Nikon as a global testimonial, further confirmation of his talent and ability to capture the essence of motor sports. In addition to the exhibition dedicated to Valentino Rossi, Lazzari has produced other highly successful exhibitions, such as “Emotions in Red,” dedicated to the world of Ducati, and “Simply the Best,” a tribute to legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna, who died tragically in 1994 at the Imola circuit.
